Their emotions were promptly increased after having a conflict with each other.

Before, as Edward asked Jasmine to sleep together with him, Jasmine had to obey him even if it was against her will. However, while he raised such requirements now, what he heard was a fuck off, which was loud and clear.

Edward was rather pleasant, certainly, his own girl should be spoiled. Even if she would become a vixen. She could only be rough as well as gentle to him, and he would bring both the best and the worst side out of her.

“Don’t be so mean and cruel, please.” Said Edward, and he kept changing his positions, which he thought rather tempting, but were like flirting in the eyes of Jasmine. “Um?”

“No! Tomorrow morning I will do my scene, and I need to sleep early.”

“I’ve come all the way from the hospital to protect you even before my fever was gone. How can you be so cruel?”Said Edward, looking at Jasmine eagerly and helplessly.

“What? You had a fever again? Why haven’t you stayed in hospital? What do we do now? Why haven’t you cared for your body so much?” Jasmine was so anxious that she said a bunch of words, as if she could not stop herself.

“Calm down. I am okay. I’ve had a fever reducer before I came here.” Smiling, Edward looked at the woman in front of him, and said, “I just feel like holding you to sleep, but doing nothing else. And I will be back to hospital tomorrow morning.”

Hearing this, Jasmine blushed. She washed up, turned off lights, and then went to bed. Quietly, Edward wrapped his arms around her waist. In the darkness, Edward’s eyes were closed, his eyelashes being thick and long.

What Jasmine liked most were his eyes. With double-fold eyelids, which were neither too wide nor too narrow, thick and long eyelashes, his face was a fine artwork carefully made by God.

Again, she recalled the day they were in the hospital. She just stared at that handsome doctor, and immediately Edward became angry. He was so cute. In fact, she would rather not have done that. However, the doctor was so close to her that she was startled the moment she opened her eyes and saw him. She had to take time to digest it.

She felt Edward’s forehead, found it not too hot, and the fell asleep.

The next day she got up immediately after the alarm clock rang. She was the kind of woman who could get up as long as the alarm clock rang. So was Edward. Because every time he got up earlier than Jasmine. However, he hadn’t woken up today.

Jasmine’s first reaction was to feel his forehead and found he still had a little fever. She pushed him hard, but Edward didn’t wake up, either. Therefore, she promptly called Brad. Brad had such a strong executive ability that he brought someone over for help immediately. It was Jack Wen, the doctor last time.

After a full body examination, Jack grinned cheekily and showed his colors.

“Did you do something for adult only which exhausted Edward?” Jack grinned and looked at Jasmine.

“Eh, well...” Jasmine hesitated whether she should inform Jack since he was a doctor. However, it would be so embarrassing even if she told him they had done nothing the night before.

“Oh.” Brad coughed aside, “Do not play a joke with the Mam. Get out of here if the boss is fine.”

“So boring. How come the boss keeps you nerd by his side?” Jack sighed a deep sighed and clucked, “He just got tired but didn’t sleep well. Don’t worry, he will be fine. Please remind him of taking medicine on time after he wakes up, Mam.”

After showing Brad and Jack out, immediately it became much quiet. Thinking about what Jack said, Jasmine felt Edward would be OK.

The crew suspended the work today. Since Edward hadn’t been back for the whole day, who couldn’t have learnt about the suspension, Jasmine made up an excuse that she had her scene to do. However, looking at Edward lying on the bed, she felt a day off was so dreary.

Practicing yoga for a while, she felt much refreshed. So she took out her scripts and started studying her lines.

“When you love me, I am the one in your eyes; You don’t love me any more, and I am just a humble girl, who is not different from other girls in the world and doesn’t deserve you.”

It was what the leading actress said to the leading actor in the final episode. Although they had been facing obstacles and difficulties between them all together, they had been so exhausted that they didn’t feel like talking about love any more in the end.

She read it, then kept saying it over and over again in her mind. At last, she read it aloud in a tone which was sad but determined without any nostalgia.

“No, I am still in love with you. If I had to be through so many obstacles before getting married and having a baby with another woman, I would have given up already. However she resented and hated me, it wouldn’t stir any waves in my heart. However, every word, every sentence, every frown, and every smile of you would stir huge waves in my heart. If I hadn’t been in love with you, how come I would have been waiting for you till the end of the world?”

Seeing Jasmine losing herself in the lines, Edward couldn’t help asking, “Do you love me more than before?”

“Eh?” Jasmine brought herself back to earth, and said, “Oh! How come you waked up?”

“So you were not admiring me, but losing yourself in the scenes?”

Until then did Jasmine realize that Edward was rehearsing lines with her. She was rather surprised and admired him much. He was in a deep sleep just now, but woke up immediately after hearing the lines. What a professional actor he was! However, Jasmine said, “Of course, otherwise what do you expect?”

Edward nodded and said, “You were fascinated by me just by rehearsing the lines. Would you get a nosebleed if we start doing our scenes? Should I prepare some tissues for you, Jasmine?”

“What else can you do except being narcissistic?” Jasmine felt speechless and looked at Edward.

“What else can you do except being in love with me?” Said Edward.
