Everyone witnessed this. They began to admire and respect Alex Zhang more. He was calm and responded quickly to an emergent situation.

Edward took a glance at Sully who was sitting huddled on the ground. “Get them the blanket to cover the body,’ he demanded with an expressionless look.

He waved his hand and immediately two waiters walked from behind with two blankets. They walked toward Sully and Linda who were all a mess and help them stand up.

Alex thought for a while and then took his cane back. He walked to Sully and stopped in front of her.

Sully was seized with panic at that time. Her body was wrapped in the blanket. Her hair, which had originally been carefully bridled, was all a mess now.

Everyone gasped in surprise when they saw her.

“Oh my god! Look at her. Her clothes were torn by the little dog!”

This gossip irritated Sully very much. She gritted her teeth with hatred in her heart. How she wished that she could kill the Chihuahua right now!

Everyone saw that her dress was almost torn into pieces by Mark. Her legs were naked in the air and everybody saw them. That was a very private place for a woman. The throng could not help but laugh at her.

Hailey unconsciously reached her hand and rubbed her cuff. She remembered that in her past life, Sully tore her clothes apart, making her rather embarrassed in the public.

After the happiness brought by the revenge faded, Hailey quickly enabled her brain to figure out a way to protect Mark.

“Edward, you saw it. The dog tore Miss Li’s dress. No matter who its master is, I can’t leave it alive,” Alex Zhang said angrily. He lifted his cane again, intending to beat the dog.

Hailey became nervous at once. She turned her eyes to Edward. There were tears in her eyes.

Edward was the person in charge of the Zhang Family. He was the only one who could save Mark.

“This is not a coincidence!” Hailey screamed out all of a sudden.

A girl held her bleeding arm and said. She looked poor and fragile.

Her eyes were pure and her voice was clear. “This dog followed the smell of the food here. I’m wondering that maybe someone seduced it here in order to hurt Miss Li!”

“What?” Everyone murmured with a low voice in shock.

Linda cut in at that time, “How could this be! Hailey, don’t talk nonsense, please.”

Hailey responded with her innocent voice again, “Aunt Linda, all of us were hurt by the dog. If someone really wanted to hurt us, we have to work together to figure out who that person is. Don’t you think so? Otherwise, everyone would know that they might be hurt in the territory of the Zhang Family. It would only damage both the Zhang Family’s and Miss Li’s reputations.”

“Well… I…”

Linda was still trying to say something to stop Hailey. But Edward interrupted and said, “Bring me the surveillance video.”

Linda’s face paled at once. Sully, who had been too scared to say anything, realized that something bad was going to happen to them too.

She grasped Edward’s arm with her lips shivering. There was still scare in her eyes. She swallowed and said resentfully, “Forget it! I was not hurt very much. Let’s just forget this.”

Sully clearly understood that the surveillance video must not be shown to Edward. It recorded everything! She and Linda sprinkled the power on the cobbled road which led the dog to come here.

Edward was thinking about the whole thing too. He seemed to have already know Sully’s trick.

Determined, he said to Alex Zhang, “Uncle Alex, today is Aunt Lucy’s birthday. You can leave the dog to me. Let me deal with it.”

Would Edward kill Mark if he took it away?

Hailey was not sure about it. So in order to stop Edward from taking Mark away, she insisted on checking the surveillance video. However, before she could utter a word, Sully calmed down all of a sudden and said with her trembling voice, “I will take this dog away!” There was determination in her eyes.

The crowd was surprised again.

Why did she insist on taking the dog away?

“Oh, I got it! Sully, you want to kill it by yourself, right?” a girl named Joy Zhang screamed in surprise. She was the daughter of the third son of the Zhang Family.

Sully did not make any response to her. Instead, she took out a whistle and whistled. Mark, who was originally lying beside Hailey, stood up at once. It shook its body before walked to Sully.

What? Mark? Why did you just leave? Aren’t you afraid that that bitch would beat your head? Hailey screamed in her heart with disbelief.

Hailey clenched her hands anxiously. She was so worried about her dog.

Mark, on the other hand, seemed to feel her anxiety. It turned around and looked at her, reluctant to leave.

Hailey almost burst into tears. It still remembered her!

Hailey was not certain about how Edward would deal with Mark. But she was still hoping that he would decide whether to kill it or not after he figured out everything.

Being taken away by Edward would be better than staying here for Mark. Sully would abuse and kill it in rage!

Thinking about this, Hailey waved secretly at Mark. Mark understood her and followed Edward to leave. It was happy yet reluctant to leave Hailey.

Hailey saw it and was speechless at its reaction.

When Edward was about to step out of the garden, he turned around all of a sudden to locked his eyes on Hailey. He seemed to be studying her with meaningful eyes.

It was a little bit funny yet touching when he and the dog both were staring at her.

Then, Hailey saw Edward whisper something to the doctor beside him. The doctor nodded his head and looked at Hailey.

The doctor then walked to her and stopped. “Miss Hailey, Mr. Zhang told me that you are hurt. I’m here to deal with the wounds,” he said. His name was Bennett Li.

Hailey collected herself and took a look at Edward, only to find that he and the dog had already disappeared into the distance.

Hailey felt extremely flattered by Bennett Li’s respectful attitude.

In her past life, she had been living in the Zhang Family for many years. But she had never been treated so nicely.

What was more, it was an order from the master of the Zhang Family.

Bennett Li was a genius doctor. He only treated Edward in the Zhang Family.

“You are right,” Hailey replied distantly. She did not want anyone to notice it and wanted this done as early as possible. So she said in a poor tone, “Doctor, please, be gentle. It hurts very much.”

Bennett had wanted to tell her that it would not hurt to treat it. But Hailey’s words just stopped him from saying anything.

He helped clean and sterilized the wound before he applied some medicine on it. “Apply it four times a day. It will be healed in two days,’ he said dutifully.

“I got it. Thank you, doctor,” Hailey replied. Then she raised one of her eyebrows and asked, “How about Miss Li? Did she hurt badly?”

Another doctor was dealing with Sully’s wound. He heard Hailey’s questions and replied frankly, “Miss Li doesn’t hurt very much. It’s just some kind of skin trauma. But her agent is very unhappy with it. He…”

Before the doctor could finish his words, Sully cut off and screamed like crazy, “Leave me here! Stay away from me!” She was totally out of her mind.

She pushed the doctor’s medicine kit down and glared at Hailey with her vicious eyes. “Hailey! It’s all your fault! It’s all your fault! If it were not for you, that dog would not have torn my dress. I was so embarrassed all because of you! You…”

“You are right. You seduced the dog here in order to make it tear my clothes, didn’t you? But unexpectedly, you just ended up embarrassing yourself!”

Hailey’s words puzzled everyone. They exchanged looks with each other, having no clue what had happened.

“Hailey! You little bitch! You deserve a gruesome death!” Sully screamed.

“That’s enough!”

Sully’s agent suddenly appeared here. He was so angry that his heart ached a lot. Sully became the biggest joke by embarrassing herself in front of everyone.

Her torn clothes, her mad scream…That was not elegant at all as a hot star.
