When York Gu saw this location, he felt panic about Li’s plan which made him wanted to rush to the banquet as soon as possible.

So York drove the car much faster than he usually did. Not only because there were few people on the street in the evening, but also he worried about Nell Su very much.

Due to the high speed, he got in front of the gate before nine o’clock. However, the security guards did not allow him to get in without invitation.

York was angry and rushed, but he did appreciate their professional attitudes. Therefore, he did not argue with those guards and parked the car in front of the gate and made a call to his secretary.

The secretary picked the phone quickly. “Is there anything I can help you with, sir?”

“I am at the gate now. Please pick me up as the security guards don’t let me in.” York said in an unpleasant tone.

The secretary was happy when he knew York had arrived already. He did not have to take care of Nell alone.

However, at this moment, he was unable to get to Nell and tell her that he needed to leave the banquet hall for a while, because Nell was surrounded by family Li’s staff that he could not squeeze into the crowd.

The secretary thought for a while. He thought that picking York up in the front gate would take only few minutes. There might not be a problem in such a short period of time. So he left the hall without telling Nell and she did not realize that he had left. However, someone noticed that Nell was alone in the hall.

When Chance Li saw the secretary left the banquet hall, he took the red wine and went to Nell. “Miss Nell Su, how do you do? I always hear about you. And you are truly beautiful as they said.”

Though these words were not skillful or impressive, Nell, as a woman, did feel delighted.

Nell did not know who he was, so she made a toast to Chance Li politely, “Thank you sir, I am overwhelmed.”

“Miss Nell Su, aren’t you curious about who I am?”

When Chance saw Nell drank up her wine, he tried to flirt with her.

Nell shook her head and showed that she was not interested his identity at all. But Chance wanted to push further. He winked to the people around him, and then everyone proposed a toast with Nell.

“Miss Nell Su, bottoms up!”

“Miss Nell, nice to meet you! We should have a nice drink tonight. Cheers! ”

People around bombarded Nell, and she felt little dizzy. She drank every single glass of wine and the red wine was stronger. For a young rookie drinker, she could not stand with those wine attack and got drunk in few minutes. Under the influence of alcohol, she became euphoric.

“No… I can’t drink anymore.”

Nell barely drank. She got dizzy that her face and ears turned red after she had so many glasses of red wine suddenly.

Chance noticed Nell was getting drunk. He had stood beside her for a period of time, observing her. Then he got close to Nell and held her arm. “What is the matter? Do you feel uncomfortable?”

Usually Nell tended to avoid all kinds of body contact with them, but under this circumstance, not even able to stand steadily, she did not struggle with Chance Li’s holding. Even if she wanted to reject, she was not strong and steady enough to do so.

Knowing Nell did not reject him, Chance wanted to push further. “You got tipsy, please follow me to the restroom to take a breath for a while. I will bring you back when you feel better.”

Leaving no time for Nell to say no, he held her and walked towards to the lift.

“No…”

Nell tried to get rid of Chance’s hand and to hold the wall, said “I am good. You may leave me alone.”

“How can I?” Chance insisted. “It is my company’s event, we invited you to come. It would not be appropriate if I leave you here. So, I can’t just leave you alone.”

Chance held Nell with more strength and got into the lift together when the doors opened. Then he pressed his destination and the close button.

Nell tried very hard to get rid of Chance’s grip. However, Chance was way too tall and strong that her struggle was fruitless. She could not even move an inch inside his arm. Therefore, she gave up with despair, knowing she could not be kidnapped by Chance to the room.

“I would not have come, if I knew this kind of things would happen tonight.”

She was so regret but at the same time very dizzy. Nell did not except that someone would come to save her from Chance Li, but when she was put on the floor. She started to scream, “Help! Somebody helps me!”

Nell’s scream was so loud that shook the whole villa and filled all corridors. Nevertheless, no one responded.

Chance watched with amuse. “Don’t struggle. Let me tell you. No one will come to rescue you, no matter how loud you can scream. I have booked the whole floor. I don’t think they would come even if they could hear you.”

“No!”

Nell was very angry. She held the door frame firmly, trying to stop Chance from dragging her into the room.
