Ou Yue smiled and didn't say anything further. He felt that Kailuo was a man with a high level of vigilance, so he couldn't ask too many questions in order to avoid raising his suspicion.

The two of them sat quietly for a while longer, and then Ou Yue got up to say goodbye, preparing to leave first.

This year's first snow is so beautiful," Ou Yue smiled and said gently, "I hope to see you again tomorrow, Mr. Kailuo."

He speculated that Kailuo was gay, not only because Kailuo's sexuality was leaning towards the same gender, but also because he had an intuition. Perhaps he could appropriately manifest his fondness for this man in order to lower his guard against him.

Kylo looked at him without answering, but politely stood up and escorted him out.

The sky was a gloomy gray color, interspersed with scattered drifting white dots.

Eu Yue stepped out of the pub and felt a gust of cold wind. He wrapped his coat tightly around him, realizing that it was a strategic mistake to go on a mission without checking the weather forecast today.

He waved goodbye to Keluo inside the door, and Keluo nodded. The smile on Ou Yue's face instantly stiffened as she turned around.

Oh, this damn weather, my face is almost frozen, and yet he has to keep a gentle and harmless smile on his face towards the mission target.

He rubbed his dutifully performed face for a while, slowly walking along the street towards the main road, gradually moving further away in the bustling crowd.

Carlo watched the gray figure walking in the light snow, a faint playful smile formed at the corner of his mouth.

Ou Yue appeared to have left along the street, but he actually turned into an alley and circled around two streets before returning to the bar street.

Behind the bar street, there were many small and big hotels. He entered the room of a small hotel that he had booked in advance. This room was on the third floor and was very suitable for observing the situation of "gravity".

He flicked off the snow on his body, some snowflakes still lightly clinging to his woolen coat, while some had already melted into icy water, making him feel chilly and uncomfortable all over.

Eu Yue didn't like cold weather. It seemed that the pain from some old wounds would always flare up on snowy days, making him feel that his movements had become sluggish. This was not a pleasant feeling for an assassin.

He looked around the entire room and discovered that the single room in this shabby hotel surprisingly had no heating. He wanted to hang his coat on the coat rack because he was soaked through, which made him feel awful.

However, there was no heating in the room. He couldn't guarantee that he wouldn't catch a cold just by wearing a thin sweater. After all, he wasn't a ridiculously powerful Alpha with abnormal physical strength.

The room was not lit, and he continued wearing his damp coat as he walked to the small iron window. He pulled up half of the curtain and concealed himself behind the dark blue fabric, patiently waiting in the cold.

Waiting is always a tedious process for ordinary people, but Ou Yue has long grown accustomed to this stagnant feeling.

Alpha is not suitable to be an assassin, at least for the majority of Alphas. This is because they are wild and proud warriors, with a fierce and restless nature that makes them disdainful of sneak attacks and impatient with waiting.

To be honest, when Ou Yue was still young, he also wanted to become a chivalrous and graceful swordsman, just like the many aspirations of young people. However, life doesn't always go as planned.

While reminiscing nostalgically about the days of studying at the Alyssium Military Academy in his youth, Ou Yue observed both the "Gravity" and the people nearby.

At 11:45 PM, the silver-haired man walked out of the pub without looking back, disappearing at the end of the street.

There doesn't seem to be anything particularly special about all of this.

If no one had told him that Kailo was the target of this mission, he wouldn't have actively approached the man even under normal circumstances. He appeared to be a forlorn outsider, quietly drinking his sorrows away in a pub, which suited the bustling yet empty city very well.

Ou Yue couldn't figure out why Kailuo came to this pub at the same time every day, nor did she know why Lander wanted to capture this man. But... she would unquestioningly obey all of Lander's commands.

Ouyue waited for a while before leaving from the small inn.

In the deep winter of the late night, a thin layer of snow had accumulated on the road and in the flower beds.

The snow is still falling, although it is getting smaller. There are no longer many people on the road, only rows of streetlights standing dutifully on both sides of the road.

It's so cold today. As Ou Yue walked home, he exhaled a puff of white mist and thought to himself that he would bring gloves and an umbrella when he went out tomorrow.
