Wayne was delighted and slightly beamed. As long as he’s with Jane, he could truly be at ease.

She lowered her eyes and stared at the empty bowl.

That’s correct, he’d just reminded her that this relationship was merely based on interests. She was only a toy girl he bought for 100 million dollars. She couldn’t ask for more.

As they got back to the hospital, Jane’s mother was already in sound sleep. After arranging two nurses to look after the woman, Wayne drove Jane to her place.

Jane was the most intimate person to her as her parents both failed to accompany her--father was busy with his business while mother was always not home and got together with friends.

Her heart really wrenched as she witnessed Jeff Nam ripped Jane’s clothes.

The one who’s truly able to protect both of them was the man who’s now in the living room.

“Sis, are you going to marry the guy?”

Jane was just suddenly stunned and didn’t know how to answer this question for Cindy for she was nothing more than a toy girl and she had never imagined marrying Wayne Chen.

“You little fool. I don’t feel like getting married in this life. As long as I take good care of our mother and guarantee you a safe and happy life, I will be contented.

“Marry him, my dear sister. I know he’s the one for you.”

Jane beamed and gently pinched her little sister’s cheek.

“Seriously? Are you hungry? I’ll go and prepare you some food.”

“Yeah, a little bit. Let me help you.” Cindy then felt much delighted and followed Jane out of the bedroom.”

The table was piled up with various sorts of snacks and cuisines cooked by chefs.

The prince charming sometimes was overly considerate.

“Thank you, future brother-in-law.”

Cindy grinned to him.

Her words amused everyone except Jane in the room.

“Hey, stop making a joke. Come here and have some snacks.”

Wayne couldn’t help bursting into laughter as Jane reacted like this.

“No need to thank your brother-in-law.”

“Okay, I won’t next time, my brother-in-law.” Cindy winked at her sister, came to the dining table and have some dessert.

Jane ignored Cindy’s word and turned to Wayne.

“I really appreciate what you’ve done for me today. Let’s take a rest and have some snacks.”

Frank Su took a glance at his boss and sat down by the table.

Afterwards, they had a delightful time during the meal in a chummy atmosphere.

But when could they have another gathering like this the next time? It’s hard to tell.
