Warm breath reached Eva's sensitive neck, which instantly made her quivery.

Eva pushed him away. She warned him with a frown, "You can't forget our agreement..."

Paul straightened the folds of his clothes in a leisurely manner.

Eva looked up at Paul, seeing him also staring at herself.

Eva looked unhappy on the surface, but in fact, she felt a little contented.

The next day...

Eva stepped into the company, when she heard the staff in the company were talking about her. She was worried that the misunderstanding would become the fact. She knew that saying, "A lie, if repeated often enough, will be accepted as truth."

Three female office clerks in the corner were gossiping.

"You stupid female woman, don't talk nonsense."

Three people were hotly discussing the story between Paul and Eva, when the heroine of this story came behind them quietly.

Eva stood behind the three gossipy female clerks, and she was shocked by their words. With the corner of her mouth twitching, Eva showed a charming smile and patted the shoulder of one of them.

"Who is it?" That clerk impatiently twisted the shoulder, "I am very busy."

When she turned to have a look, she was surprised.

"Eva..."

Eva smiled, thinking if she was so terrible.

"Actually, I'm here to tell you the truth." Eva said with a smile on her face, and she looked friendly, but the three clerks were scared by her, because they did not perceive her arrival at all.

"Mr. Bo and I have nothing to do with each other. I just have met him in the cooperation between Sunshine Company and Boyun Group before. Because of that, Mr. Bo invited me to have dinner when he saw me in the company."

After explaining that, Eva looked very unperturbed, as if she was telling the truth.

The three clerks looked at each other, and were about to answer when a noise came from a distance.

Everybody looked over, and they saw Paul walking toward the planning department with a group of secretaries.

"I gotta go now."

Eva thought something must be wrong, because Paul could not appear here without a reason.

Eva ran in a hurry all the way, finally rushed back to the planning department before Paul arrived. After she sat on the chair, Paul came to the door.

When the director saw Paul appeared here, she was so scared. Because yesterday she just scolded Eva, beyond that, Paul did not often come here before. But after all, she had stayed in this company for many years as a director, so she calmed down soon, and observed Paul's expression carefully.

But Paul walked over without any expression. She couldn't tell anything from his face

"Boss."

The director respectfully called him, but she was anxious extremely, could not help asking herself why she scolded that new employee yesterday.

Paul still did not have any expression on his face. As the staff in the planning department greeted him, he walked to the director.

"Don't be so nervous, today I come to see a special friend."

Coincidentally, Eva heard that, so she turned nervous, thinking the friend in his mouth could be her.

If it had been her, the explanation she had given to the clerks this morning might have been in vain. After today, who else would believe that she had nothing to do with Paul?

Paul glanced at Eva, seeing her nervous look, then he slightly raised his lips, but did not walk to her. Instead, he walked around to another girl with short hair, "Long time no see, Daisy."

When Daisy saw Paul, she smiled and said, "I haven't seen you for so many years. You are the president now."

Daisy said that with a natural tone, it seemed that she had known Paul for a long time.

Paul raised his eyebrows and said, "You've changed a lot too. The tomboy of those days now becomes graceful and beautiful."

"Hah hah..."

Daisy and Paul laughed with each other.

Then they were chatting with each other in the office of the planning department, and they looked really familiar.

Although Paul was chatting with Daisy, his eyes always involuntarily concerned about Eva. When he saw Eva was not jealous, he suddenly felt a little disappointed.

So he found out an excuse to end the conversation, and left with his secretaries soon.

After Paul left with a large group of people, the staff of the planning department finally were relieved.

Seeing everybody went to work, Eva was also relieved.

But Eva felt unexpected because Paul did not expose the relationship between them in front of the staff. After all, she thought this matter could not be simple. Paul came to the planning department's office with a large number of people, just for talking with his friend, Daisy? It was absolutely impossible.

But today, Eva did not know what was wrong with Paul. Contrary to expectation, he actually brought so many people to just to say a few words and chat with Daisy.

Eva originally was relieved, but she did not know why she also felt a little disappointed now.

Shaking her head, Eva said to herself. She decided not to think too much, after all, it was working time now. So she decided to work first.
